The GiftOga platform identifies 4 segments of customers that it serves. They include Personal (Individuals), merchants, Agents and corporations.

Below are the briefs of the GiftOga target market:

• Personal: They Buy, Send & Redeem Gift Card. GiftOga makes it easy for you to give the perfect gift card and conveniently manage them from any devices.
• Merchants: (Businesses & Shop Owners - Online & Offline). They Create and Sell their own gift cards & hence, acquire more customers.
• Agents: They Resell all available gift cards on GiftOga & earn commissions.
• Corporations: They Buy gift cards in bulk for your staff. Simply upload an excel sheet containing their staff details with their email addresses and corresponding amount, each of them will receive a unique gift card from the selected merchant.
